How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes [X] days, while express options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Periwinkle Crafts NZ ships within New Zealand only.
If we begin offering international shipping in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to keep an eye on your delivery.

Can I exchange an item?
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged during shipping:
- Please take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging immediately.
- Email us at periwinkle.craftsnz@gmail.com within 48 hours. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

How should I care for my products?
Keep your items clean and dry. Avoid exposing them to excessive heat, direct sunlight for extended periods, or rough handling, especially for 3D-printed products.

Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every item is designed, made, assembled, and carefully packed by us in Hamilton, New Zealand.
What if I entered the wrong name or spelling?
Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund personalised products where incorrect information was supplied by the customer.
Are your products suitable for young children?
Some products contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to choking hazards. Adult supervision is recommended where appropriate.
Where can I find Periwinkle Crafts in person?
We regularly attend pop-up markets around the Waikato region.
